2. Acceptance of Risk

You understand that VibCord is a community platform that allows users to communicate and share content.

User-generated content may be inaccurate, offensive, misleading, or inappropriate.

You use VibCord at your own risk.

3. User Accounts and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your account and all activity that occurs through it.

By creating or using an account, you agree that:

• You are responsible for every action performed through your account.
• You are responsible for all messages, uploads, links, gifts, usernames, profiles, and content associated with your account.
• You must keep your login credentials secure.
• You must not share, transfer, rent, sell, or lend your account.
• You are responsible for ensuring your account activity complies with VibCord policies and applicable laws.
• Claiming that another person used your account does not automatically remove your responsibility for actions performed through that account.
• You acknowledge that VibCord cannot continuously monitor all user actions or communications.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create.

By posting content on VibCord, you grant VibCord a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, process, and distribute that content solely for operating and improving the service.

You are solely responsible for all content you submit.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users may not:

• Harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, or abuse others.
• Share personal information without consent.
• Share phone numbers, IDs, addresses, or sensitive information belonging to others.
• Impersonate users, staff members, bots, organizations, or public figures.
• Distribute spam.
• Distribute malware, viruses, malicious code, or harmful files.
• Promote fraud, scams, phishing, or deceptive schemes.
• Advertise competing chatrooms or social platforms without permission.
• Circumvent moderation systems.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, servers, or systems.
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or security weaknesses.
• Use automated systems to disrupt the service.
• Violate applicable laws.

6. Community Rules

Failure to follow community rules may result in enforcement action.

Users are expected to:

• Treat others with respect
• Protect privacy
• Maintain a friendly environment
• Follow staff instructions
• Respect moderation decisions

7. Gifts, Coins, Virtual Items, and VIP

VibCord reserves the right to correct errors involving virtual items.

Coins, gifts, badges, achievements, VIP status, rankings, and virtual items:

• Have no real-world monetary value.
• Are not property.
• Are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted.
• May be modified, adjusted, suspended, reset, or removed by VibCord.

8. Mythveil VIP

Mythveil VIP is a premium membership that unlocks additional features.

VIP benefits may change over time.

VIP:

• Does not grant ownership rights.
• Does not grant staff authority.
• Does not grant moderation powers.
• Does not guarantee platform availability.
• May be modified or discontinued.

9. Official Bots

Official VibCord bots include VibMaster and Aegis Veil.

Users may not impersonate official bots.

Reserved usernames associated with official systems may not be registered by users.

10. Monitoring and Moderation

Moderation decisions may be made by staff members or automated systems.

VibCord reserves the right, but is not obligated, to:

• Monitor activity.
• Review reports.
• Review content.
• Remove content.
• Restrict accounts.
• Mute users.
• Suspend accounts.
• Permanently ban accounts.

11. Reports and Enforcement

Users may submit reports regarding content or behavior.

Submission of a report does not guarantee action.

VibCord may investigate, dismiss, or act upon reports at its sole discretion.

12. Privacy and Security

VibCord cannot guarantee the security of information voluntarily shared with other users.

Users should never share:

• Passwords
• Financial information
• Sensitive personal information
• Government identification details

13. Third-Party Links and Services

Users may encounter third-party content or links.

Users access third-party services at their own risk.

VibCord:

• Does not control third-party websites.
• Does not endorse third-party services.
• Is not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

14. Service Availability

VibCord is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Maintenance, updates, and technical issues may affect availability.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous operation
• Error-free service
• Uninterrupted availability
• Compatibility with all devices

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VibCord, its owners, administrators, moderators, volunteers, partners, contractors, service providers, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Users assume responsibility for their use of the platform.

• User-generated content
• User behavior
• User disputes
• Account loss
• Data loss
• Financial loss
• Service interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

16. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VibCord, its owners, administrators, moderators, staff members, volunteers, service providers, and affiliates from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, expenses, legal fees, or costs arising from:

• Your use of VibCord.
• Your content.
• Your actions.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of any law or regulation.
• Your interaction with other users.

17. Account Suspension and Termination

Users may stop using the service at any time.

VibCord may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at any time when necessary to:

• Protect the community.

• Enforce these Terms.
• Comply with legal obligations.
