• Voice-call signaling and limited technical call metadata needed to establish a call
• Gifts, coins, achievements, and account progress
• Device, app, browser, network, diagnostic, and notification information
• IP and security logs for abuse prevention and service protection

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Provide and improve VibCord services
• Maintain your account and profile
• Enable chat, friend requests, gifts, and community features
• Deliver notifications and operate voice-call signaling
• Protect the community from spam, abuse, and fraud
• Respond to support requests
• Improve security and platform performance

3. Chat Content

Messages sent on VibCord may be stored to:

• Provide chat history
• Investigate reports and rule violations
• Improve platform security

Please do not share sensitive personal information in public chat areas. When a message is deleted, VibCord may retain a protected owner-only moderation archive for the configured retention period (default 90 days) unless legal hold applies.

4. Community Safety

To protect our users, VibCord may monitor content for:

• Malicious links
• Violations of community rules

Our moderation systems and staff may review reported content when necessary.

• Complete the website-to-app sign-in handoff when the Android app opens the VibCord website

Providers process information only as needed to operate VibCord. We do not state that data is encrypted everywhere or that it is never shared; disclosures may also be required for law, safety, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

VibCord is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age required by applicable law where that age is higher.

If we discover that an account violates age requirements, it may be restricted or removed.

10. Your Rights

You may request:

• Access to your account information
• Correction of inaccurate information
• Deletion of your account (subject to legal and security obligations)

You can request self-service account deletion from the account settings area or the public delete-account page. Account deletion removes the account record, credentials, email, profile fields, and managed profile media. Public messages are anonymized, private messages are removed, and limited transaction or moderation records may be retained for security, accounting, legal obligations, or the deleted-message archive period. Deleted-message archives expire after the configured retention period (default 90 days) unless legal hold applies.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of VibCord after updates means you accept the revised policy.
